Elon Musk’s Warmongering Prompts UK Lawyers To Leave Twitter

Take Mark Zuckerberg for example: He recently used his oodles of “Fuck it, why not?” money to immortalize his wife in sculpture:

Zuck isn’t the only billionaire splurging big to bring back the “Roman Tradition.” Look at Elon Musk, he sank $44B so that he could encourage war purely for his entertainment like a spoiled Caligula with a light-up gamer keyboard:

The Emperor of the Dying Bird App™ has actually been using his platform to move the Overton window toward the inevitability of war for some time now:

For several UK-based lawyers, enough is enough — his continued incitement led them to jump ship for Bluesky and other apps in protest. From Legal Cheek:

[A] barrister who goes by the name ‘Crime Girl’ and is followed by nearly 70,000 people announced that she would no longer be an “active participant” of X.

“Elon Musk fanned the flames that cause friends and colleagues in immigration to fear for their lives,” she wrote. “They have been unable to go into their offices. Building were set alight with refugee families inside. This is abhorrent in a free and peaceful democracy.”

Several other lawyers decided to announce their departure:

I wish the departing lawyers the best of luck on their new platforms — Elon has a habit of throwing a hissy fit and issuing lawsuits when people have the nerve to hit the door instead of licking his boot. That said, he may have bigger fish to fry. Folks are out there calling for his arrest, after all.
