2 Become 1: Merging 2 Solo Practices Into 1 Small Firm

ATL-Legal-Tech-Non-Event-Promo-Image-1b-editIt’s kind of a big deal to combine ventures as solo lawyers into a real, live small law firm.

Having been used to working on your own and calling all the shots — you’ve now got to care about what another person thinks! (Honestly, it’s a wonder that any small firms even exist.)

Amy Davis and Kate Franke recently merged their solo practices, to form a new iteration of Broadwing Legal — and they both came onto the Non-Eventcast podcast to discuss that process.

If you’re a solo  thinking of partnering up, partner up with us to get the rundown of how that process all goes.
