Dr. Robert PimentelRobert Pimentel has been named chancellor of the West Hills Community College District. He served as president of Fresno City College. Pimentel holds a bachelor’s degree in social work from California State University, Fresno, an MSW from Cal State, Baker, and an Ed.D. in educational leadership and administration from Cal State, Fresno.
