There’s A New Judge On The YSL RICO Case

spotlight on gavelIf you’ve been following the YSL RICO case, you’ve been waiting for the answer to (at least) two questions. The first of those questions should be who will replace Judge Glanville? While he fought hard to continue presiding over the matter, the writing has been on the wall that he’d be gone sooner or later for a while now. We finally have our answer.

The second question has been if Judge Glanville will face any consequences for what looks like some cut-and-dried judicial misconduct. In the short term, no. Fulton County Superior Court Judge Kraus found nothing wrong Glanville’s secret aside with Lil Woody and company:

The hope is that the change of robes may imbue some level of normalcy to a case that has avoided it for years now. Wouldn’t bet on it, but the hope is there.
